3. Students & Admissions
Open the Students menu (sidebar or the Students mega-menu).
3.1 Create a family first
Because fees are billed to families, create the family before adding students.
- Go to Students → Families and click Add Family.
- Enter father / mother / guardian details, CNIC, mobile numbers, email and address.
- Save. The system assigns a family code (e.g. FAM-0001).

3.2 Admit a student
- Go to Students → Add Student (or click Add Student on the Students list).
- Choose the family the student belongs to.
- Fill in name, gender, date of birth, B-Form number, class, section and other details. Upload a photo if available.
- Save. The student receives an admission number automatically.

3.3 Find a student in the list
- Go to Students → All Students.
- Use the Search box at the top to search by name, admission number, B-Form, family code or parent name/mobile.
- Optionally narrow by Class and Status, then click Filter.

3.4 The student profile
Click a student’s name to open the full profile — personal details, family link, documents, attendance, results and the family’s fee challans, all on one page.

3.5 Fee Card (annual fee voucher)
The Fee Card is a yearly fee voucher printed in three copies (Bank, School, Parent) on one page, with a barcode, QR code and a month-by-month fee history.
- Open a student’s profile and click Fee Card (or the card icon on the Students list).
- Use the Year dropdown to choose the academic year.
- Click Print Voucher to print all three copies on one A4 landscape page.

3.6 Student ID Card
- Open a student’s profile and choose ID Card (or browse to the student’s ID-card page).
- The card shows the photo, details, a barcode (front) and a QR code (back).
- Click Print Card to print the front and back.

3.7 Inquiries & Admissions
- Inquiries — record prospective-parent enquiries (Students → Inquiries).
- Admissions — process admission applications through to enrolment (Students → Admissions).
